“My Summer Bucket List” Photo Challenge: Intro, Themes, and Rules |Concours “Ma Liste de Coeur d’été”: Introduction, sujets, et règles

 

So you’ve decided to go on exchange with us this summer. What were you thinking?! LOL, j/k.

Seriously, we’re loving that you’re coming with us on the journey of a lifetime–in fact, we’re so excited to see what you’ll be up to that we’ve decided to sweeten the deal…with a contest!!

Over the next few weeks, we’ll have 7 photo challenges that will have the whole country buzzing with stories about your experience with the Summer Work Student Exchange. We’ll be posting each challenge every Sunday, and the challenges will last from Sunday to Saturday. Your mission, should you choose to accept it: take pics that show the theme of that week and post them to Instagram and Twitter, using the hashtag #SWSESummerBucketList. The best 4 pics will be showcased on all of our social media platforms and will be eligible for a prize, which we’ll be giving away EVERY week of the challenge!

Allow us to introduce….Monkey Socks, our mascot! He’ll be helping us–and you–by giving examples of the kinds of pics that we’re looking for as he travels along with us this summer!

2) Step Out of My Comfort Zone (July 7-13)

3) Sleep under the stars (July 14-20)

4) Show off my language skills (July 21-27)

5)Eat something new and delicious (July 28-August 3)

6) Make a Home Away from Home (August 4-10)

7) Summer Souvenir (August 11-17)

 

Only 3 rules to follow during the Photo Challenge:

1) Get creative. We know you’re capable, and the pics that catch our eye will have the best chance of winning. Think outside the box!

2) Keep it clean. If you wouldn’t show that pic to your grandma, you probably shouldn’t post it.

3) Pics submitted for the contest MUST have the hashtag #SWSESummerBucketList attached to be eligible to win prizes.

4) HAVE FUN! We hope that you’ll have the best summer ever, and that your photos over the next few weeks will show it.

Sérieusement, nous sommes très excite que tu viens avec nous sur la expérience d’une vie – en fait, nous sommes si heureux à voir ce que vous voyagez, nous avons décidé  d’adoucir l’affaire … avec un concours!

Au cours des prochaines semaines, nous aurons sept défis de photos qui auront tout le pays bourdonnant avec des histoires au sujet de votre expérience avec le travail d’été Échanges étudiants. Nous publierons chaque défi, chaque lundi, et les défis se dérouleront du lundi au dimanche. Votre mission, si vous l’acceptez: prendre des photos qui montrent le thème de chaque semaine et les publier sur Instagram et Twitter, en utilisant le hashtag # SWSESummerBucketList. Les 4 meilleures photos seront postées sur l’ensemble de nos plates-formes de médias sociaux et seront admissibles à un prix, que nous offrirons chaque semaine du défi!

1) Faire un nouvel ami (30 juin- 6 juillet)

 2) Sortir de ma zone de confort (7 juillet -13 juillet)

3) Dormir sous les étoiles (14 juillet -20 juillet)

4) Montrez mes compétences linguistiques (21 juillet-27 juillet)

5) Mangez quelque chose de nouveau et délicieux (28 juillet-3 août)

6) Faire un second chez soi (4 août-10 aout)

7) Souvenir d’été (11 août-17 aout)

 

Il n’y a que 3 règles à respecter pendant le concours:

 

1) Soyez créatif!  Nous savons que vous êtes capable, et les photos qui accrochent notre œil auront les meilleures chances à gagner.

2) Soyez convenable. Si votre grand-mère sera gênée par votre photo…peut-être c’est mieux de l’éviter.

3) Photos soumises au concours DOIVENT avoir le hashtag #SWSESummerBucketList attaché pour être admissible à gagner des prix.

4) Amusez-vous! Nous espérons que vous aurez le meilleur été que possible, et que vos photos le montrent!
